4-Pt Pro Safety© Felling Dogs - Designed for enhanced leverage and stability

4-Point professional felling dogs (bumper spikes) for Stihl® and Husqvarna® chainsaws. These felling dogs are oversized compared to stock to give you better sticking power and leverage in thick-barked trees. Pro Safety© felling dogs are made of 1/8" heat-treated steel and are sold as a set (inside and outside dogs). 

All Husqvarna® dual-felling dog models include a chain catcher. Stihl® compatible felling dogs and single spike dogs do not include a chain catcher.

Q. Is using a chain catcher with dual-felling dogs necessary, and what happens if I don't?

A. You must run a chain catcher on any dual-felling dog setup to add additional strength and support. Without running a chain catcher on these felling dogs, the stress may cause the outside dog to fracture. We only guarantee our felling dogs if you run the chain catcher. Chain catcher for all Stihl compatible dogs sold separately.
